The winery has become a go-to stop for visitors to the valley for not only their premium Brordeaux-style and Super Tuscan blends, but also for the wine cave tour. In between aging barrels, the cave houses 60 Carrera marble statues with Italian opera music as a backdrop. The Paoletti’s have owned the property since 1989 with their first vintage in 1994.
